COVID-19: I-9 Compliance Flexibility Extended to March 31, 2021

On January 27, 2021, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced that requirements for employers to review in person the employment eligiblity documentation of employees who would be working remotely will continue to be relaxed through March 31, 2021, due to COVID-19.
